Rett Syndrome Is A Rare Neurological Disorder That Mostly Affects Females. It Usually Starts To Show Itself In Missing Milestones Or Regressing At 6-18 Months Old. Rett Syndrome Leads To Severe Impairments, Which Means It Makes It Very Hard For People To Do Things Like Speak, Walk, Eat, And Breathe Easily. The Most Notable Symptom Of Rett Syndrome Is When A Person Is Awake, They Will Have Repetitive Hand Movements. It’s Hard To Assess How Smart Children With Rett Syndrome Are, But We Know They Understand More Than They Can Communicate To Us. We Can Tell This By The Way They Look At Us And Their Ability To Express Different Emotions.
