Unfortunately, Skin Shine Bar products purchased from other retailers are subject to the return policies of those retailers and will not be accepted by Skin Shine Bar. Please contact the retailer you purchased the product from if you need to make a return.
Please note that Skin Shine Bar gift cards may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Completely fill out the Returns Form that came in your package and ship the form and item(s) back to us using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. Returns sent to us by mail by the original purchaser will be refunded to the original method of payment. We regret that we are unable to refund your shipping or from fees unless the return was due to a mistake on our part. If you received the item(s) as a gift and do not want the refund to go to the original purchaser

To the original purchase location: Bring your return along with the cash register receipt and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment (e.g., on the same card used to pay for the item(s)). Alternatively, you may exchange the product for any product of the same value or request store credit in the form of a Skin Shine Bar gift card.
